The greeting I received was friendly. After checking his system, the person at the desk told me they would take care of me. They opened a bay that had already been closed and got right to work on my brake job and finished 30 minutes after closing time. I often say that good customer service has one foot in the grave and the other one on a banana peel. Not at Pep Boys Mansfield! They took good care of me.”

“I have bought three cars from ACE, and every time has been a pleasure! Eddy (one of the owners) will treat you with respect, courtesy, and honestly. When you go there they can sell you a car off the lot, or Eddy will look for exactly what you want and go and get it for you. I wanted the four wheel drive BMW 328xi for my daughter. Eddy didn't have one in stock, but a few days later he had found one for me in white (which is what my daughter wanted), with low miles, and a great price. I also bought an F250 Super Duty from Eddy, and here I am 10 years later and it is still running strong! Amazing! And I bought a Mercedes E320 CDI diesel sedan for them, and I've got 235,000 miles on it now after several years, and it still is perfectly reliable. Eddy and his family go out of their way for find the best cars they can, and they stand behind them. So, all I can say is, if you want a used car dealership that you can actually trust, and who will work hard for you, ACE is the place! I know I'll be back when I need another car!”

I quickly began calling around to different businesses and the first to pick up was Brad Allen ,the owner of Arrowhead Solar Screens, Roofing & Fencing. I told Brad my issue and he was as genuine a person so have ever met. Brad came out the next day (I called late afternoon the day before) which blew my mind in this current climate. I spoke with Brad for quite sometime and he felt like a friend I have known my entire life. Brad took the measurements, gave me advice and we ordered the screens that he out a rush on.
