“Even tho most stores were closed during the cold spell we had the first part of Feb. 2022, this store was open. I had an urgent need for a replacement for my CPAP mask, and found no help until I called this store. The person there was very helpful on the phone and so I went the 25 miles from my place to get what I needed. I was able to try the mask to make sure it would not leak. After two tries, we found the one that was best. This is simply good old fashioned high quality service. Outstanding”

“I would definitely return to Big Frog for my t-shirt needs. I called Big Frog a few minutes before they were about to close and spoke to a very patient young man named Trevor. He was very patient, answered all of my questions, and reassured me they'd be able to assist me with my expedited order. I went into Big Frog on the morning of June 20th (Monday) and needed a t-shirt project complete before leaving town on June 23rd (Thursday) at noon. Trevor was available to help me in the store and walked me through the types of t-shirts and prints that would be best for what I wanted to do. Additionally, the t-shirt brand and style I chose were unavailable in-store; however, Big Frog was able to order the t-shirt from a nearby warehouse. Lo' behold, bright and early that Thursday morning, I received a call from Big Frog letting me know my shirt was ready for pickup. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the courteous staff. I retrieved my purchase and was VERY pleased with the results. Trevor and the team enhanced my image and tailored it to fit my needs. The project was a success, and I'll be back for future projects. Such a hidden place, it’s right next to a gas station but the service is amazing, it’s really organized and clean inside. The brisket kolache is a MUST. Seeing all the reviews on it, and actually tasting it is spectacular, my favorite is the brisket & also the croissant w cheese and sausage, the donuts were nice and fluffy. She always threw in a couple of mini donuts how sweet! Looking forward to adding this place to my morning routine.”
