“My experience with these guys is much better than their competitors. I ordered a 10x10 mat from tiffin mats in Maryland in February 2023. By the end of April, I still never received my order. After numerous calls and emails that did nothing. Ut give me the runaround, I canceled my order there (still waiting for the refund) and contacted these guys. I spoke to Nola, who gave a bunch of information and explained the process of ordering to me, the biggest part being to wait 8-10 business days to ship. So I ordered, and two days later received an email that my order shipped. Four days after I placed the order, I received my mats. I paid a bit more than what tiffin was charging, but I received the product in a fraction of the time. Well worth it to me. The best advice I can give is be an informed consumer. Call and ask a lot of questions. If you're not happy, don't purchase. I am happy with the service and the product I received from Dollamur. Based on my experience, I would recommend them if you're interested in ordered mats for whatever the sport is you practice at home. I can say without reservation as well, do not order or buy from Tiffin Mats in Maryland. They are a total scam, have zero business ethic, and are 100% unreliable.”

“Titan replaced the roofs on two rental homes I own during the same period of time. They also fixed some non-roof related damage to siding/windows. All work was done on time and done correctly. Josh, who was my sales representative, was a pleasure with whom to work. He was professional, kind and very patient with my questions. A big bonus for me was that since these were rental houses, Josh handled all the scheduling directly with the tenant. I did have a few issues with my insurance company paying in a timely manner, and the front office staff was very gracious and helpful in resolving. One example of how ethical this company is: I had looked at one of the houses and signed off on the work. I did not realize that part of the minor repairs to the non-roof damage was not completed. Josh caught that later and made sure it was done. I will definitely use Titan Roofing for my rental business and personal home in the future.”

“I went to this location when they first opened. They have always been super sweet. I live 45 mins away and was going to drive over to the store today. When I called the fax machine kept coming on which was an indication they may be closed. (Luckily they give you a chat option) I sent a message and they responded immediately and said they were closed today. I would say with everything going on it’s best to confirm the hours with companies to see if they are actually open. I would have been upset if I drove all the way over there. “I needed an inspection of an RV I intended to purchase and Reese was referred to me by the RV dealer. Upon contacting Reese I told him I needed an RV inspection done as soon as possible. Reese was able to come the following day. I shadowed Reese throughout the inspection and found him to be very thorough. Not only was he happy to explain everything he was looking for he also taught me a lot about RV’s and things to watch for and monitor. I also paid Reese to complete a compound analysis of motor oil and transmission fluid. The engine oil analysis came back substandard and Reese put me in touch with the owner of the oil analysis company so I could get further details on the findings. The oil in the vehicle had not been recently changed. I provided the information to the dealership and they changed the oil and had another analysis completed. The second oil analysis returned at an acceptable level. The RV dealership paid to extend my vehicle warranty as a result of the inspection. Throughout the process Reese was cordial, professional and thorough. His inspection gave me the confidence to purchase the 2007 motorhome. His findings prompted the dealership to extend the warranty and change the oil. I would never purchase an RV, new or used without an inspection now. “Writing this on my son's behalf. Earlier this month he purchased a 2017 MB C300 with 96k miles. The purchase process was easy and low pressure. We came in with pre-approved financing but they checked to see if they could score a better interest rate, which was also wonderful. We took the car in this week for an inspection (yeah after buying it, but hey...) and the "B" service and the shop we took it to was taken back on how great of condition it was in for having almost 100k miles and surprising had no further service recommendations. I know people are hesitant to buy higher mileage Mercedes, but this dealer is selling quality vehicles. Thank you!!!”
