Last week, I went in, feeling a bit upset, because I thought that we would need to spend lots of money to replace my son’s glasses. She worked with us to find an affordable pair, being considerate of the budget we have her while looking for something my son would liked. Not only that, but she was knowledgeable and informative on accessories my son needed to properly care for glasses. She made suggesting for regular and sports wear. As we were leaving, she noticed that my son’s glasses dropped and made adjustments to the legs so that they sit correctly without falling off (which our optometrist did not catch over a year). She was attentive and professional, accommodating and patient. As we were leaving, my daughter (who tends to be shy), asked Michelle for help adjusting her glasses. I left Walmart’s Eye Center a happy mom thanks to Michelle.”
