“As the name implies their pretzels are SOFT and are in my opinion the BEST! I absolutely love a soft and delicious pretzel and this place is one of the best that I have tasted in the area. I am very happy to have found this place! Their pretzels are made fresh, daily right in front of your eyes! I have referred quite a few of my friends to this place and none were ever disappointed! One of my friends bought two pretzels, one for herself and one for her husband and ended up "accidentally" eating his as well! Needless to say she had to go back and get another one for her husband. When she told me about it all she could say was, "they were so soft"! They are that good! On a recent visit my husband and I were more than impressed with the level of service we received. The folks here are always friendly, welcoming and accommodating! I don’t like a lot of salt or butter on my food. Most pretzel places I have visited don’t want to make a fresh pretzel to accommodate my food restrictions. However, when I ask Thomas who was helping us, about getting a pretzel made without the butter and salt he did not give me a hard time. He told me how long it would take to bake and even brought it out to me when it was done. The pretzel was soft and fluffy as usual, very delicious! My husband also enjoyed his Dutch Almond Pretzel as well. This place is and will be our go to spot for soft pretzels.”

Wonderful lady with instant feel-at-home customer service. Before mama Rosa, the only box size 10 box on the rack was empty, perhaps pilfered. Asked a male attendant for help. Instead, he led me away to another aile, persuading me to forget my choice and buy a less desirable brand. Anyway, two days later, mama Rosa called back. Perfect temperature, great playback for listening to your recording.the booth is about 12 ft from the actual soundboard area, so you feel like you have room to just let loose and be yourself without eyes on you. It's this like hard Rock Cafe, meets underground bunker feeling, it's the dopest studio I've been to in terms of vibe. The rates are fair, Rob is a master. He is super efficient. I have never been to a studio where I got everything done and was out the door with a song in about 2 hours. I will definitely be back.”
