I don't mind, because I enjoy observing. People standing together waiting for their cookies...can be very entertaining. The place is clean, open, bright, with very high ceilings, but that's just the kitchen area. The waiting area ...not so much, and it gets crowded in there, so prepare yourself for both! Just focus on those samples at the register and you'll be fine. And just breathe in. Fresh baked cookies!!”
