“This was the most amazing tour of my life! Dave was a “celebrity” in the area and made us feel like celebrities as well. Our tour included 4 incredible wineries with the most attentive, amazing staff. At each place we were given royal treatment! Dave held our purses, cups, packages and such all day, while keeping us on schedule! His driving was responsible and I’ve never felt more safe. He also was quite the host, in that he knew the area and was able to point out special landmarks. His humor, light hearted nature, and interesting stories all made the day incredibly memorable! “The Review below wants to remain annoynmous due to profession. Temporary housing can be tricky, especially since most serious rentals are for six months or a year. Cozy Homes offer month-to-month rental options and it made all the difference to us. We needed something decent, but couldn’t be tied into an exact timeline. We struggled to find a good fit for us in a smaller town like Lubbock , but feel lucky we came across Cozy Homes. Their housing was cute and clean, and that’s because it is carefully maintained by the full-time, hands-on family business. The units are all fully furnished and supplied with everything we needed to continue our lives as if we were home. They also welcomed our dogs like they were their own, and there was a big property for them to play on and explore. The owners were never further away than a step outside the door and promptly responded to all concerns and unforeseen issues. They really wanted us to be comfortable and made sure we lacked nothing. Everybody was so happy, warm and welcoming, it felt like we were visiting people we’ve known forever. Thank you Brian, Dawn and Tess for making our stay easy and fun. If you’re in a pinch and need a reliable place to stay, don’t hesitate to try Cozy Homes. It’s a clean and safe choice!”

“My wife and I attended a sales presentation and were very satisfied with our experience. Obviously their goal is to make a sale, but they weren't aggressive and were incredibly friendly. We decided at the end of the presentation that it wasn't the right time for us to purchase their membership, and they were completely understanding and still professional and friendly. It was nothing like the aggressive, rude sales tactics I've had people tell me they experienced with similar companies. I do question the savings they advertise that you receive as a member. Looking at some of the reservation fees and costs/night - most of the deals seemed pretty similar to what we've seen through travel agents and travel websites (and those services don't require the membership or annual fee). GEVC will have more savings, but you're also paying more. Overall, if my wife and I had more disposable income and more PTO, we would have paid to be a member because in the long run we felt the program would have paid for itself and it would have made vacationing easier. We just opted not to join because we were afraid we would be getting a membership and not be able to use it consistently enough to get our money's worth. For the limited amount of vacationing we currently do we can meet those needs with travel agents. I'd recommend the experience to anyone who has 2 hours to spare. You get a few decent vouchers and gifts with no strings attached and (Free Rangers tickets, a dining card, etc.) and just maybe their service will fit your needs.”
