“Today my dog got out of my fence and I ran around frantically trying to locate him. I searched for 30 minutes before i decided to come back and get in my car to go look for him. To no avail, of course my car doesn’t start. It wasn’t my morning to say the least. Suddenly my door bell rings and I’m thinking it’s my mother who has told me she’s on her way. I opened the door and fell to the floor. One of the staff members had personally walked him over to my house which is about a block or so from the clinic after using her resources at the clinic to find my address. I’m am extremely grateful for their integrity, and especially this one amazing staff member. I would highly recommend them if your uneasy with the catering needs of your dog. “I live in Austin and Thrive is my regular vet but all of the Austin locations were booked for a week. I wanted to get my sweet Lucy into the vet today because she seemed to be in pain and I was able to make a same-day appointment at this Thrive location in San Antonio. The drive was worth it! The staff was very attentive and showed genuine concern for my girl. I will definitely make the drive again if timely appointments are available and Austin continues to be booked. “This establishment is made up of the sweetest and most helpful people you will ever meet. They care about every single one of their patients, and their owners. They're so kind and I absolutely enjoy anytime I have a phone call or appointment with them. They have exceeded my expectations time and time again and they helped me saved my cats eyes ???? I am forever grateful to the entire staff for their never ending positive attitudes and love for animals. They truly go above and beyond for your fur babies. At the rate my cats eyes were going, it wasn't looking good, but with their meds (and with luck on our side), he's doing much better! It's more than anything I expected. I had hoped to stop the spots in his eyes from growing further, instead they're working towards disappearing completely! Above and beyond, I'm telling you. I'm so happy I was recommended here, I don't know how my baby's eyes would be without them.. They saved him as well as my heart. I'm so grateful for everyone who works here, I assure you they're the kindest people on the planet. ???? They really made my cat and I very comfortable during this experience. “Last Saturday night my dog started to bleed from where she got surgery. Of course all the Animal Hospitals was closed. This was the only placed that have opened. just walked into the hospital, had to do some paper work and some waiting while they take a look at my dog. It was big bill but they did great job. Today i took my girl to normal vet and he said ER did good job and they removed the bandage. I wish i don't have to go back there, but if there is any incident i will definitely go back to this place. Thank you so much”

“I should’ve posted this a long time ago, but Dr. Pipes saved my dogs life 6 years ago! In 2014, my Maltese was hit by a car. This happened later at night, so we had to take him to another animal hospital. We could not afford emergency surgery, so our only option was to give him pain medicine & see if he would make it through the night. The next morning, as soon as Country Brook opened, we took him to Dr. Pipes. He immediately took him in and told us he would call us later in the afternoon. We went later in the afternoon to see if our doggy recognized us to determine if there was any brain damage. Our doggy barely and I mean barely wagged his tail when he saw us, but that was all Dr. Pipes needed to know that our dog would be fine. All for a reasonable price. I recommend him to all my family and friends!! His love for animals and reasonable prices absolutely make him the best!”
