“Never had a problem with them. I'm a former vet tech and you DON'T get parvo from the shots- Its negligence on the part of the owner to not get the shots done in time. We saw tons of Parvo dogs in our clinic and the vet always said it was the owner who allowed the exposure- HPUSA is great, only thing is the crowds (not a people person). Dont believe the negative reviews on here”

“Dr. Morales and her staff are amazing. They have been caring for our dogs for the 5 years we have lived in Cypress. She always takes the time to make sure we fully understand what’s going on and gives options for treatment. Never have I felt she was pushing me to have unnecessary tests. The staff is very professional and caring. Cypress Lakes Animal Hospital is by far best vet we have ever used and I can’t say enough good things about them.”

“Really happy with this location. I own a corn snake, and PetSmart makes it quick and easy to get what I need and be on my way. It's a somewhat small selection but they do carry my preferred options. The feeding fridge is kept organized which makes it easy to find what I need (which is alot more than I can say for their competition) Plus being located in the Grand Parkway Market Place makes is super convenient.”

Dr. Gilette is an outstanding Veterinarian, she is very knowledgeable and adequately educates pet-parents to make appropriate decisions for their fur family members. She gives options based on your needs and appropriate referrals when warranted. She is gentle and a true animal lover. My dogs love seeing her! Ms. Rhonda, Certified Veterinarian Technician, is well experienced and very friendly. Dr. Gilette and Rhonda are an awesome duo! “I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Susan and Aloha take the very best care of our dogs when they stay there. They go out of their way to accommodate my 90 lb. skittish baby. I wouldn't leave my animals with anyone else. The kennel is always spotless and somehow never even smells like animals. They stay booked up, so it is best to schedule as far in advance as you can. ”

“My wife and I were referred to this hospital and we have had no experience with an animal hospital before. Our poor baby had quite an emergency and the staff here were so quick to treat it as such. I will never have enough nice words about this place. We are so grateful that they gave us costs upfront, options, and loved our dog just as much as we would while she was there. They all consistently said how sorry they were and acted appropriately. Unfortunately we lost one of our best friends today. We are so thankful that they were open, honest, true, and full of heart, including the techs, front desk, and physicians. Their communication was on point. Price was never a problem for our dog because with healthcare, you get what you pay for and the staff truly made it worth every penny until her last breath. I would definitely recommend them again for any emergency, but I pray we don’t have another one obviously. Thank y’all again.”

“Our dog collapsed while we were out at breakfast. Since it was New Years Day, we didn't have a ton of options and luckily found this place (thank you for being 24/7/365!!!). Our dog was experiencing anaphylactic shock, and the vets took great care of her. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Even though it was an incredibly stressful experience, I was pleased with the level of care. (And yes emergency services are expensive but not as much as I thought it would be). The only thing I would improve upon is the exit process. I asked for a copy of my dog's lab results twice and ended up leaving without it. We were also told we'd get setup with a dog dermatologist to figure out main allergens, but I need to follow up on that. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for emergency services.”

“This place is amazing. If there is something seriously wrong with your pet, this is the place to take them to. Yes, it may be more expensive than most places, but you are paying for the expertise and experience of the team taking care of your animal. I had no doubt after my initial visit that my dog was going to be in the best hands possible and it’s obvious that the team here cares for your animal like their own. Everyone here is super friendly, and the doctors and team take a lot of time in listening to you and explaining what was going to happen. From the initial visit to the post surgery recovery, the communication of everyone is outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.”

“Brought all my pets here for vaccines and check ups. I loved them! The ladies working there are so sweet and were very gentle with my dogs especially my deaf one! The Dr. is very compassionate and informative. One of my dogs has cancer and they have emailed several times just to check on her. I myself worked in vet clinics for 24 years and I was very impressed with all of them! I will definitely miss them since I’m moving to Florida. Thank you all the care you’ve given my animals!”
