“Very modestly priced rooms the owner is a very joyful man very kind almost overly helpful. The only thing I had a problem with was the bed very uncomfortable and also the AC I'm not quite sure how it setup but there was no individual AC unit in the room just had a thermostat.”

Rachel the Assistant Community Manager, in particular has been absolutely amazing. I was treated like family from the time I step into the leasing office. The whole staff was very attentive to my apartment needs and made me feel very comfortable doing my apartment search. From the time, I stepped into the leasing office I feel at home; I have never been in such a friendly relax environment doing an apartment search. I’m so happy that I came across this apartment complex. By the way, the apartments are beautiful inside and out and in an awesome location. The apartment home I picked is very warm and cozy and it accommodates my every need. “I have been doing business here with these guys for about a week, and from what I understand, it is family owned and operated. I ended up renting a unit that didn't exactly conform to the standard size chart, and Linda gave me a discount for it. Linda told me that they have a bug guy come out every Friday in case you're having any pest problems, and that they are also about to do a mass repainting. These are great people to work with, and your stuff is always safe with their guard dog on duty! BETTER AND NICER THAN MCGEE”
