Now, living an hour away for many years, I have used auto shops much closer to me - mostly with disappointment. After an especially disappointing (and very expensive) service at a local shop I decided to make the drive to Burnet. My car made it just over halfway before I had to call them for a tow (even that service was exceptional). These people have earned my trust and my business even if it means a long drive (and a tow). 5 star service every time!”

“These guys did a great job of detailing the interior our F-150, washing the exterior and waxing. It took them 2 hours. I left it with them in decently rough shape. It had been a few years since it’s last detail. I’m telling yall it looks NEW on the inside now. Restored our floor mats, all the trim. It smells great. They even did the seatbelts. Great job shampooing the seats, carpet, and console. Look I’ve tried to do it myself the right way and after going here I realized it’s a waste of my time. I’ll be back 100%. On the exterior they did a great job on the wax, and the the rims look new. I asked for them to “do the engine” so that’s the only minor flaw to the experience. They power washed it. I was hoping for a bit more. Great job at a reasonable price. See yall again!”

They picked up the unit, which had a loaded trailer attached and they helped us deliver the trailer to the destination. They got to working on the unit right away. They kept us informed through the whole process and truck was back up and on the road in 3 days, which given the amount of repairs it incurred, it was really fast. I 1st went to Christian brothers and they tried to run it up on me (7k+ for overpriced garbage I didn’t even need) my car is worth maybe 11k. I freaked out then got referred to pattons. He gave me a reasonable price and did fantastic. Feels like a whole new car. I will be going here forever and spreading the word that I found a mechanic that’s not a scam. it’s like hitting the lottery these days. Mr Louis is going to give you an honest price and do honest work no matter what so it goes without saying to tip him for his hard work. 👍👍”

Quite frankly, their pricing is really reasonable and they are straight forward. They do all repairs and do them well. I recently had a window broke out and they fit me in and always make me feel I am their only customer! I have visited them for electrical problems, brakes, suspension, complex head light issues, window tinting, body work, and oil changes. I have never not been 100% satisfied.”

What a cute design, she asked if I wanted sprinkles or anything special… I said nothing in particular just a rainbow of colors is fine. She did so good! We happen to be a gay couple but we aren’t the type to fly rainbow flag or really have anything too loud and proud. This design was was so cute I just loved it! My husband loved the donuts and we’ll definitely be back. She even threw in free donut holes!!”
