“Alvaro has saved us from my our destructive 13 year old dog, once again! Last November, pup got the turkey I was defrosting out of a LOCKED cooler and we came home to turkey gizards and juice all over our family room. Al came out within an hour to take care of it for us! This time, the old dog got sick and had several bouts of diarrhea all over ALL the carpets. We cleaned as best we could, buy lets face it....at that point is it really even clean? Enter Alvaro! He told us what to do to eliminate as many odors as possible, came out quickly and cleaned all our carpets. They even mopped our wood floors! On The Spot was in and out very quickly and left me with clean floors that I feel good about my kids walking on. They even left the industrial fan over night for us to help dry the floors faster! Not to mention, the service I used before I found Alvaro charged 3x as much and the stains came back after a few weeks. With On the Spot, they are gone for good. “Originally, I was lost on how to go about getting myself another birth certificate to renew my license. Upon calling down there I did have a very friendly, professional young lady that I was able to leave a message for and called me back almost an hour later. She asked if I'd like to be placed on a list that they go by during business hours corresponding to your name and the last four of your cell phone number. I told her where I was coming from in fear that I was not going to make it in time however, I did and she was very polite at the window and more helpful in telling me what paperwork I needed to get my new birth certificate. I waited about an hour after arriving at 3:30 p.m. which I thought was late. The young lady at Windows 6 on this particular day was Jessica Gonzalez and she was knocking out all of the birth certificate people that were waiting to be helped although other windows were working alongside her at the same time! So long story short I have my birth certificate in a sleeve which is available, and I'm a happy camper I was out of there about 10 minutes after 5:00 appreciate it thank you! FYI... Unfortunately those folks that are waiting for passports do take a little bit more time and we'll work on your patience. But know that on the other side they're getting it done quickly for your birth and death certificates!”
