“It's cool. I live nearby so I'm here often for that reason alone. The nail salon is good and they use real ingredients in the pedicures like lime and essential oils. The smoothie shop is absolutely amazing. There's also a dental office, clinic, vet, comic shop, and there's a seafood place coming soon. There's nothing too exciting, but good solid retail. The only thing I don't like is that parking is very very limited.”

That doesn't in any way sway my reviews though as anyone that knows me can tell you that I call it like I see it. I've always found exactly what I needed at this store. They greet you as if your family. I don't usually ask for a veterans discount when I go in a store but the cashier here saw that I was wearing a cap that had USAF on it and asked for my VA card and applied the discount. I went to 2 of the big name stores that offer veterans discounts and found out that the discount doesn't apply to lumber? Go figure... they are lumber companies. Very friendly atmosphere at this store, they treat you with respect, prices are reasonable, store is always clean. They will get all of my business!”

There is a new rep working in the store by the name of Jonathan Williamson who has went above and beyond to make sure a rather difficult situation was handled with the utmost professionalism and exceptional customer service. I had a bad experience with the movers, and their customer service was lacking; as well as their moving experience. Some of the issue was possibly out of their hand but they were rude. Jonathan was so wonderful, I do plan on purchasing from Modshop again because the craftsmanship of their sofas is high quality, beautiful and comfortable and Jonathan is part of the reason I will continue to be a customer. He was super nice and made sure I left as happy as I could in a situation that was out of his control. He shows that 1 person can truly make a difference in the perception of a company,and that a pleasant attitude is how you keep customer retention!”

“A truly outstanding shop - professional, effective, and communicative. Josh is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, and I would absolutely trust him to work on anything I bring him. I recently needed my 5-year service for my Alfa Romeo 4C (a pretty comprehensive job involving the timing belt, water pump, pulleys, fluids, etc.), and quite frankly I did not trust the Alfa dealership network to work on the car after speaking to them. Looking elsewhere, I learned that Exotic Power & Performance came very highly recommended within the community, and they have certainly lived up to their reputation. For this particular service, I had also asked Josh to install a EuroCompulsion V2 intake and AlfaWorks suspension geometry kit, and Josh did such an incredible job with both. His attention to detail is evident in small things like how he secured the intake tubing in order to prevent rattling, but the job he did with the alignment was amazing - he has fundamentally improved my driving experience with this car in a way I didn't even know was possible, and it has caused me to appreciate my own vehicle more than ever before. My thanks go out to him and the team, and I couldn't recommend Exotic Power & Performance more.”
