“Yoooooo what’s good y’all? I was a resident here a couple years ago under different management. I’m not going to speak on the current employees, only my experiences. It was awesome having chick fila and jimmy johns close enough to walk to. I can’t tell you enough how clutch that is when you want food, but don’t feel like cooking or driving or paying delivery fees (btw please remember to tip your delivery drivers). Location is amazing, quick access to both airports, respectable gyms are close, fitness center at the complex is cool for getting A workout in but more equipment or better equipment would’ve been appreciated. I was in the 2 and 2 loft, very spacious. Very expensive… but it wasn’t always like that. Our complex had a mixture of great people with average money. It had soul to it. Bottom line, I recommend this place based on appearance and location. Unless security measures have changed, yes break in’s will happen to cars. It happens all over dfw. Take steps to protect your stuff and you SHOULD be fine.”

“I was lucky enough to attend a trip here with my uncle recently. We did a 3.5 day quail hunt this past week (late Jan 2024). The weather was perfect 55-70 degrees each day. Our guide, Tanner, was the best dog man and guide I have seen as of yet regarding quail hunting. I have my own bird dog and have hunted wild birds/set tame birds out to hunt. These guys really have perfected the form. Birds flew well, held tight, dogs did a good job not crowding the birds. Big coveys. Non stop action. Those flushing dogs deserve a gold medal for diving into the mesquite and cactus! In the afternoon between hunts, Martin set up the automatic skeet throwers in the backyard and we played a few games of knockout. Caught some bass one afternoon as well. A huge bonus to this trip was ALL THE WILD GAME you witness throughout the property while chasing birds. Any moment can become a safari tour any time you look out a window or cruise the road. You can view all sorts of antlered/ exotic horned game on the feeder from the viewing window in the great room of the lodge. Binoculars were provided. I don’t think this factor can be stressed enough and we were all pleasantly surprised to see so much game throughout our stay. The lodge was top notch we all slept well and had very comfortable bedrooms. We enjoyed watching college basketball on the 72” TV in the great room and a few naps were taken in the recliners. The food was amazing on this trip. The cook, Mrs. Griselda was very sweet and kept our bellies full. My favorite meal was the Axis deer enchiladas. This was a trip I won’t ever forget and big thanks to Martin the manager, Tanner our guide and Mrs. Griselda our cook!”

“I needed to change my transmission fluid on my Miata and I would've done it myself but the car sits too low so I needed a shop to do it but they were trying to charge an exorbitant amount of money just to change the fluid. I found this place on Google and called to see if they only work on Diesels and they work on all vehicles! Othon got me taken care of same day and only charged me a fraction for the labor! “This is a lovely, small church surrounded by beautiful farmland in all directions. People are very friendly and welcoming here. The service began with testimonies, followed by lively music, led by the worship team. “How I wish I’d known the difference between one Club Pilates studio and another when I first joined. Thank you, CP Keller for being the gold standard of studios in TX. I’m happy to be paying my monthly fees to your studio going forward and to continue benefiting from your wonderful teaching staff. I joined CP Colleyville over two years ago and soon learned that the value of an 8-pack of classes meant far less at Colleyville than other North Texas studios based on the inconsistency of their instructors. A 1.5 flow class with one instructor could be vastly different than a 1.5 flow with another instructor. And there goes one of my 8 classes for the month out the window. Even when I booked with my “favorite”instructors, last minute instructor switch ups by the studio meant I might be wasting one of my 8 classes for the month practicing with an instructor who just didn’t cut it. So, I upgraded to an Unlimited membership (within the Martin-owned CP studios) so I could reserve my classes further in advance allowing me to practice with the teachers I looked forward to learning from and avoid the teachers I simply did not enjoy as much. Later, I upgraded to Passport so I could train at nearly any US studio while traveling. The more time I spent at other studios the more I realized how challenged Colleyville was in both consistent and talented instructors as well as their lack of quality customer service. Between some of the front desk staff to the particularly rude lead instructor, I found myself wanting to book away more and more. Finally, after experiencing one too many instructor changes beyond the 12-hour cancellation period, I decided it was worthwhile to move to CP Keller despite losing all of my class history and future booking reservations. I will say that there are a few awesome instructors at Colleyville that I will miss such as Lisa, Lacie and Ana. But there is a human aspect to other studios that CP Colleyville is lacking. And until they change management or ownership, they will continue to struggle keeping up with the other top-notch N. Texas studios.”
