The inside was spacious enough for a small event of about 80 people. 2 clean bathrooms and commercial kitchen for a small fee. Richard was very accommodating to our needs. I can't express how immensely happy we are to have found this delightful venue and will definitely book in the future for regular parties.”

However, I didn't know that out burst was due to said failings. It turns out that Tony and Pricilla were "bar none, the absolute best legal team I could have ever asked for". Tony is honest to a fault...even when you don't want to hear it and Priscilla....needs a raise. She helped me through the toughest of my terrifying experience. Tony got me the absolute minimum fine/time/fees legally possible. The sort of deal you'd expect only for upper class people. Not sure if they handle repeating offenders the same, but...F#(%ing call them...in Denton they are your life line.”

“Working with Smart Seal team was a great experience. From the beginning the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable explaining each step and what to expect. During the whole process Amber and Steve were there to answer any concerns my wife and I had. Because appearance was important to us we selected the premium package which included filling gaps between the panels and steel and covering the entire envelope with thermoflex paint. They were even very responsive when I requested touch ups. Great example of customer service and doing what they said they would do within budget and very timely.”

“Great great pizza, the pizza was so fluffy really great. I know we have a dominos in our hometown but for some reason when you visit someplace else they do it much better. The pizza was great. The only thing was when I went to pick up it took them a while to Check me out. I guess they are used to pick up and go they have the pass n go box there. But I still had to pay for my pizza. The people there where talking and sitting so I tried to call them and get their attention but took them a while to get to me. But it's fine kids are kids but yes everything else was great.”

“An absolutely solid breakfast and coffee experience. The machaca is top tier with a choice of flour or corn tortillas; the only critique I have is that the salsa could be a bit spicier. Pancakes were solid and the kids menu had plenty of good picks. Overall a great place to grab a weekday breakfast or coffee to go; I would imagine this place gets very crowded on the weekends. There is a drive-thru for coffee and pastries to go!”
