These fajitas are a different style, in the sense that it is perfectly cooked faita meat, that is so simply seasoned and tender, I bet that it didn't even need to be marinated? Eating this meat, without Pico de Gallo, Guacamole and not even tortillas, was the perfect way to truly experience borderland BBQ!
