I did my cyst surgery on the neckline and was nervous initially, but the staff did an amazing job. Staff seems to be very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout my surgery on every step kept me assured I am in safe hands. “Edgar is a real stand up guy. Had a blowout on my tire, and highway patrol broke the wheel lock lug nut on the stud. Edgar recommended taking it to a muffler shop to get it torched off and then bringing it back to him to repair the stud. My wife was reluctant and wanted me to just take it to the dealership. Ford quoted me at $760, and that was if the wheel would be repairable once they took it off, or $1400 for a new wheel. So I took it to the muffler shop, got it torched off for $20, and then got my car to Edgar, and he repaired my stud and got me a pretty nice used tire, he really took care of me and my car! Reasonable, fair prices, I'm definitely going to him for all my tires!”

“I went to chuck out some jewelry on black Friday. There were 3 ladies working the department. 1 was helping a customer. The other 2 ladies sat and chatted for a while before 1 said she was leaving for break. The lady that was leaving for break decided to ask if I've been helped a we made sure contact as she passed me. She did help me with pricing and purchasing my earrings once I had her attention. 5 stars would be offering service once a customer shows interest in anything in the department. The customer can always say they don't need the assistance if that's the case. But offering assistance and chatting with coworkers instead can cause missed sale opportunities. I love my new 14k earrings though! 🙂”

She is so great at describing the fit of each item, as well as, what pairs with each piece. It is like shopping with a friend!
