“If I could give them ten stars I would. After waking with a few bites on my leg, I googled the images, freaked out that it looked like bed bugs and thanks to other Yelpers found this pest control service. I also researched the dogs that have the NESDA certification and found they have 3. I have an insect phobia and they were compassionate, understanding, and FAST. I had the adorable genius dog over immediately. Much to my dismay, she confirmed bugs in my bed frame. They was so fast- calling me even late that night to schedule and to walk me through next steps, and to recommend the amazing prep company who also called me back immediately late at night on a holiday weekend! In conclusion my problem was only in my bed frame thanks to them for being there and working so quickly. Everyone I spoke to or met from the company was so kind, helpful and calmed me through the entire process. I have an infant and they even scheduled the visits so I wouldn't be overwhelmed with disrupting naptime and feedings. I am beyond grateful. Then the men arrived- again the kindest - did their hard work- trapped the door and even put tape on the zipper so I would feel at ease that a bug couldn't escape. Thank you! Yesterday they returned for round 2- confirmed that we were lucky to get to our problem early as nothing was found. I cannot thank them enough for being incredibly fast, professional, helpful and for making dealing with my little nightmare as easy as possible. This company has heart and really cares! If you have any kind of infestation, leave it in their hands! You'll be so happy and grateful that you did! Lately with all the construction of buildings in the area, we've encountered rodent activity in our home.”

“Most people here are regulars and have been for years. So many people that come here are friendly, warm and inviting. The park is small, so it's not intimidating to make a circuit around. I can go around 2-3 times and not feel lost or overwhelmed. Great to come in the mornings around 7-9am. Resident ducks and geese make it quite the interesting experience though. They leave you alone usually, but every once in a while, they have their bad days too. Everything is a case to case, day to day basis. Just have to come and see for yourself to find out!”

“My dental insurance was not in effect, being new in the area and overdue by 2 months of routine cleaning I decided on Dr. Palmer's office based on the high reviews as well as Linda's open and friendly communication. I did call other facilities but either they weren't willing to take current xrays from my prior dentist, or insisted on a full exam 'without' a routine cleaning on appointment day, or just couldn't accommodate a new patient. Dr. Palmer worked with me, accepted prior xrays, examination, suggested options for future care and provided an ultrasonic teeth cleaning. I never had an ultrasonic cleaning I felt immediately the effective cleaniness over the 'scraping' technique. Last but not the least the price was comfortable and right. Thank you to other patron's past reviews guiding me and my family to Dr. Palmer.”
