They also replaced my rain gutters, stained my fence and pergola, and replaced some damaged window screens. One of the biggest benefits of using Sunny Side was the way they worked with my insurance company to help get my claim approved, which was originally denied on the first attempt, but Cody continued to provide them with the evidence of covered damages until they were in agreement and covered the claim. “Wonderful and well kept area. While the HOA is very strict; our neighborhood is remarkably well maintained. The HOA is nice on the phone (when you are polite to them) and they hold fun events all year. The parks are nice and new. Like any HOA; they have a strict set of rules and hire folks to enforce them. No one likes being told how to keep their home until they move somewhere that people leave their car parked in the grass and there is a bright orange adobe "villa" across the road with a trailer parked in front.”

“This place is awesome. Started off looking for private lessons for my 10u son and was a little skeptical at first because it’s 2 coaches to 4 kids during a lesson. I didn’t think he would get enough 1 on 1 but the coaches do a great job of remembering the kids week to week. It’s high intensity, bunch of HS and college kids working out which I think is really good for younger athletes to be around, music is good. We saw results pretty quickly too. Definitely recommend”
