“We tried a few different pastries. The ones that stood out the most are the famous crookie which is definitely worth the hype. The strawberry cruffin was delicious and there blueberry muffin is very good as well. The guava danish and a nice flavor but the croissant part was a lil stale and the chocolate croissant has a very good flavor but the croissant itself wasn’t very crispy and fresh. Overall they have some very good pastries, they just sell out very fast so you need to be there early”

“I consider myself so blessed to be working with Carrie! She’s very professional, communicative, and works so hard for me. She is experienced and not only does she answer any question I have, she does it in a timely manner and reassures me constantly. She’s incredible at what she does and I wouldn’t want anyone else representing my son and I!”

“Hey it’s a salvage truck company.. but let me tell you I was in a jam I had messed up a trailer wheel and they had to cut some of it to get to the lug nuts… Put my tire back on the new wheel and they didn’t take advantage of me on the price for their time parts and service!”

“Chris was awesome. He was very straightforward, honest, and was able to get my car in and taken care of before the work week began. He communicates so well and has amazing work ethic. No doubt that I will be reaching out to him for all of my mechanical needs in the future.”

“💯 satisfactory and trustable!!! I went for a tooth removal. The front office worker who takes care of insurance was aware of my (not so good😅) insurance benefits in detail that she told the nurse to take x-ray of the affected tooth only. This was incontrast to my previous experiences. I was impressed. PERIOD!!! Now I don’t think I need to tell anything about the sweet doctor. She explained every step in detail with do’s and don’ts. My exam, tooth removal day and the follow up went smooth. I don’t remember coming out of dentists office so happy in the past 16 years. Thanks Dr Thasma and Team!”

“If you want a place with unique things to look at. This is the place!! Great for kids with sooo many varieties of toys and whatnot. And as for the men, they have a pretty large tool section with lots of options to choose from. The prices for 90% of everything in there is just a steal! Lots to pick from hygiene products, snacks, electronics, tools, animal accessories, decor and even great baby products. The customer service is always extremely helpful without feeling like you're bothering the workers. They're always more than willing to provide information on all products. Overall a definite 10/10⭐ for me and my family! We love it❤️”

“I had a brief conversation last week. Can I walk in tomorrow morning for a new intake and be able to get seen by dr and dosed that same day? Or do I have to wait till Tuesday morning? Also I was quoted a initial price to see dr and a weekly price for dozing. Will insurance pay for any of this? Hoping to get in ASAP. Please let me know”

“Customer service was okay…ordered tires and received no paperwork. Asked to take pic of order info and told ab a day to two days…I returned to just check to see if it was in. I never received notification it was in. It had been almost 2 days so I was just checking. I had called a few times and could never reach anyone in auto. The first guy that helped me asked what kind of tire it was. I said I didn’t know but I had the order number and it’s for my Traverse. He said you don’t know what kind of tire you ordered? I was taken aback for a second but just said no, but I knew it was for my Chevy Traverse and I had the order info. He ended up finding the tire. The wait wasn’t bad and I liked how Walmart notifies you when your car is being worked on and complete. Should add outlets and maybe Netflix for people having to wait.”

“Texas Functional Wellness is such an amazing place. Imagine spending an hour talking with your health care provider about your overall health, symptoms, lifestyle and habits. Brenda has this amazing ability to drill down to root cause and help identify the path to wellness. I have learned so much about how to take care of my body, which all of ours are unique and doesn’t require a “one size fits all” bandaid but rather a long term individualized solution. Thankful for the wisdom, compassion and attention that I am always given throughout the years. I rarely get sick and am confident I am providing my body with an optimal environment to operate within. 💗”

“I have known Dr Schorr for some time now and have seen him as my personal Doctor for some time now at this location. Everyone at this location is very friendly and will go out of there way to help you with just about anything you might need. Weather it be information about your referral's or address or location of the referral and phone number and give info on the doctor if they know of him. I mean each and everyone of the staff at this location are one of the best of the BEST IN MY OPINION. And of course I do think my opinion has some value to it. Now you may have to wait from time to time in order to get in to see the Dr. Or even the nurse practitioner. But they try to give the time needed to each and every patient that is needed you are never rushed in or out. They are not a factor . They are a Doctor's office that cares for each and every patient that they have and everyone matters to them for sure!!! Thank Goodness we still we still have a Doctor that keeps his doors open for the patients I mean these are the sweetest and nicest people you will ever meet in a doctor's office, don't get me wrong they know exactly what they are doing as well. No doubt about it at all. And I can't Thank them enough for being my doctor's office and Yes I Guess I will be nice enough to share them with others out there in the comunity. But one last word Thank you again Dr Schorr for being my doctor and for being one of the best around. THANK YOU Glenda Farquhar”

“I enjoyed so much my first experience of whitening my teeth. It was amazing for me. I am a very anxious person when it come to go to the dentist or with anything that implements putting things inside of my mouth. Marie was amazing, she was super professional and so welcoming. She took her time with me and had all the patient to help me to get through my treatment with the most comfortable experience. Also the results were amazing. I am super satisfied and recommend this place to everyone. Thanks Marie for all you’ve done 👌😉”

“Dr. Fite and her staff are the most compassionate Caring medical office I have encountered. They know you by name and relate personally to you. Not only do we go for chiropractic adjustments and total body massage, but she teaches how to heal the body. She can treat many conditions naturally with supplements that our body needs to function properly. Highly recommend her....,,”

“We had a great experience with Peyton's Beach Carts. This is our first time renting with Peyton's and we will be back. We stopped in to see about renting a cart for a week. They hooked us up with a great little cart and a super deal even though our rental went through Sandfest when nearly every cart in town is rented out. We added a couple of flags from home and enjoyed our week with the cart.”

“I had an amazing experience! I had nurse Brittany and she made me feel comfortable and it was lovely chatting with her. If I had any questions with finances she would ask the front and they would double check before going and doing anything. Totally loved! The doc was awesome, didn’t get his name but he was sweet and respectful and made sure I was okay. Also did a very well job with explaining everything that he was doing and why I was feeling any time of way during me removal of the ingrown nail procedure. Totally recommend!!!! Also very clean! Super simple process!!”

“@Mary Jane - It breaks my heart to read your post. I'm from the class of 2000 - the 1st class to go all the way through Connally from grade 9 to grade 12. So...my first day at Connally was EVERYONE'S first day at Connally because we were its first students...ever! :-) Actually, all 4 years that I attended CHS they were still building onto it. The staff, administration, teachers AND students all loved our new school (it was SO shiny and new)! We all took pride in it and babies it because we were all about "setting traditions." That is what we all tried to do...together! We knew that we were making decisions for generations to come so we thought really hard about them and took great pride in that. My years as a student at CHS were amazing...the best four years of my life! The teachers were awesome! Each grade level had its own principle and we all loved ours!!!! -Mr. Littlefield. During Saturday detentions he had the student out cleaning up campus. I just look back and wonder if there is anything we could have done different to better pass the torch. Is there some way we could have shown the incoming class what an awesome gift we were giving them...one the would have loved, been proud to be a part of and babied like we did. Of course there will always be students who don't share the enthusiasm and maybe even do things to sabotage the hard work of others. But they are a select few who are greatly outnumbered. I just know that feeling when that new car smell is gone and I hate that that is what our beautiful Connally High School smells like now. Such a shame that the leaders we had while I was there were not able to stay longer to rally you all like they did us. I understand, especially now that I'm an adult, that there are a lot more pressing matters in a teenagers life than a little graffiti here or there, or that they have better things...more fun things to do than try and make something that's seems so far gone like the school better and great again...especially when you all didn't get to see CHS in her glory days. Just know that a little elbow grease, some school spirit and a nice dose of Big Ol' Texas pride can make what is old new again. The luster, the color being a little brighter, the sense of unity that can become real between two separate groups when working towards the same goal, even the warm tinglies in your gut when you're when you start to make real progress...those things will come on their own. But only you...1 single human being can start a movement. So I hope you can believe that what seems impossible can easily be achieved...if you take a stand. Every movement begins with one person making the decision to act choosing to just talk. Will that person be you? I'll tell you what I know is absolutely certain no matter what: after this is real life...and it's NOTHING like what you see on TV. Making your mark among your peers, your community, your nation, your world...that all starts now...right where you are. So I say, why not set yourself apart now. Why not use the stars that twinkle in your young innocent eyes, your unjaded perseverance and hormone fueled confidence to do something great. Something for yourself, for your fellow student, for your baby brother when he gets there, for generations to come after you...maybe even a little for me ;-) You are about to venture out into unknown territory unsupervised and completely responsible for yourself and what you become. Set the tone. Set yourself up for success in life and maybe even surprise yourself a little when you see what your actually capable of...greatness. God bless and best wishes to you. I only want what was amazing to me to be amazing for you. Oh and BTW...your Mom IS right ;) Shannon M. Gunckel CHS Class of 2000 GO COUGARS!!!”
