The way the PTs here take such a multi-faceted approach to rehab is incredibly unique and amazing! We have worked on identifying faulty movement patterns, as well as core/hip stability, hip mobility, pelvic floor strength, weightlifting technique, and it has all been SO good. “Amazing spa. I was able to get a 1 hr deep tissue massage from Tiffany and her hands were like magic. She listened to me about sore areas. She even made adjustments as my shin was too tight. There was a complimentary glass of champagne after my massage. The robes were very soft. I enjoyed the steam room and sauna. The pool was nice. There’s a jacuzzi as well. The views of Houston from the patio were nice. I’d definitely come back.”

They have healthy snacks and water in the event that you didn't grab breakfast. The Pastor is passionate about souls getting to know Christ and so are each of the members.
