“Was in San Antonio recently and gave a call to Little’s as they carried a leather I was interested in. Made an appointment for the next day. I was warmly greeted upon my arrival. Royal pulled a number of skins in the color I was interested in. Picking a skin was easy. At that point Duane took over to take measurements. It was obvious he had done this thousands of times. Based upon the measurements he returned with a number of boots to try on for fit. He asked how each boot fit. The measuring and fitting took close to an hour. Based upon my foot shape, Duane made his recommendations, all of which were spot on. I liked the fact that besides measuring Duane would be actively involved in sizing my last. Royal and I then spent another 20 minutes going over the texture of the leather for the lower. I made the right choice for my MTM boots.”

“Drew was great to work with, very professional and helpful every step of the way from the initial roof inspection to dealing with insurance to the installation of a new roof, new gutters and new window screens. Drew even came back after the work was completed to ensure that I was satisfied with what had been done. His crew was amazing as well. They were very polite, very considerate, did great work and did an amazing job of cleaning everything up before they left. When my elderly mother who uses a cane to get around came over during the installation, they quickly moved their equipment so that she could walk down the sidewalk to get to my home. I didnt ask them to do that and I know they didn't have to, but the fact that they did showed me that they really care about the customer and treating them with respect. “I didn't expect such a nice place within a city. The lake is so beautiful. It has two side. In one side water is shallow, can swim, has picnic tables, grounds for playing, can go for fishing. On the other side, it's deep and can do kayaking, boating etc. The day we went, was very windy. Has restroom and enough parking spot. Entrance fee was $15/vehicle. I liked this place very much.”

“My review will never hold a candle to the moment Mr. Bill took my call the day he left my home after the 3 week nightmare we endured. I called Mr. Bill in tears. After the manufacturer of my six month old rig disregarded the urgency of what we had go horribly wrong and could have been devastating. My partner walked in the Kitchen/tv area to find smoke coming out of our breaker/fuse box. He contained this as we all lay asleep. We woke up and I contact insurance’s and manufacturers and dealers. The only real compassion was my insurance company and man beyond simple reviews and 5 stars. Mr. Bill. He came to our home on his off time to a women a wreck and grabbing at straws. He was very informative and extremely knowledgeable and he went above all else to be ever kind to our tony humans. I honestly do not know who else I would rather call. Mr. Bill is 100 percent worth every dollar and he works hard while making you feel human again. His wife and parents should be darn proud!! If you want quality work and a person you can just trust. I would call Mr. Bill. I sure know I will and I hope next time is on a maintenance basis and not emergency! Thank you for being you!!”
