(August 7, 2020, 10:57 pm)We have been so impressed by the communication, safety, and thoughtfulness shown by the Woodbine nursing and administration staff during this pandemic. The staff encourages video calls and family emails. We enjoyed participating in the mother's day parade, too. They've been safe and considerate in scheduling resident visits. The check-in process was smooth and organized.
The people dealing with residents on the memory care unit are heroes on a regular day. Now, they are super heroes, and we can't thank them enough for taking such great care of mom! -

(July 23, 2020, 1:27 pm)Today is July 23, 2020, I was glad i finally saw my husband in person outside the building in the patio, still adhering to the CDC guidelines, the process was smooth, there's a limited number of residents and guests in the patio, the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would like to do this again because i know my husband is in good hands. God bless them!

(July 22, 2020, 12:20 pm)Since the pandemic I have been unable to see my grandmother in person. During this time, Woodbine has facilitated video calls so that my grandmother and I could still speak and see each other. Well today, I got to physically see my grandmother in person and it was such a joyous occasion!! Woodbine staff continues to follow CDC guidelines and it really showed during my in person visit. Not only does Woodbine staff follow CDC guidelines, but the staff really cares about their residents and the family of the residents. Having a loved one in a care facility is hard enough. It is even harder during a pandemic. So thank you Woodbine for taking great care of my grandmother and for creating a safe space for me to see my grandmother in person.

I met the professional, generous, compassionate staff that provides this service to thier Residents.
