“Greg and his crew did an outstanding remodel of a unit we purchased at Park Fairfax. He has extensive experience working with the units, understands the innate challenges of old construction (historic properties), and the condo association’s regulations. His good reputation made it very easy for us to work with the association’s main office for remodeling approvals. Greg also gave us excellent suggestions for flooring, window, and even asbestos abatement contractors. As work progressed, the crew discovered previous work which was not up to code or was VERY badly done (fire hazard bad). They corrected all of those previous inconsistencies and had their work inspected by the City, as required. Greg was responsive to additions we made to the original remodeling plan and addressed any concerns right away. This is a very professional, well-respected contractor with integrity. “Was really pleased with the repair done on my dress shoes. My favorite pair of dress shoes were very worn, and one had a hole on the sole. These were the shoes I got married in, so they carried sentimental value (hence not just purchasing a new pair). The price of the repair was not cheap, but I would say it was very fair. Had the soles and heals replaced on both shoes. The new parts are clearly made of good material and were thicker than the original. Plus, they polished the shoes. They now look brand new! Very pleased with the services provided. Plus, Ricardo was very pleasant. Highly recommend!”

“This place didn't like much from the outside, but I was wrong. Once you open the door mind changed. After two very fun sake bombs by the hibachi table, a shrimp dinner, a scallop dinner, a sushi sampler, and a sweet potato roll, I can say I had an amazing time. The food was delicious and there was plenty to take home (you get full on the salad and soup that come with dinner). I highly recommend the sake bomb. You have to slam the table with your hands to make the sake shot drop into the beer glass. Haha loved it!”

“Great gym! People are always respectful and helpful. The gym has three floors. A cardio floor, weight lifting floor, and functional training floor. The pool very big. You wouldn't think so just looking in. I came to this gym when they had an amazing promotion. Buy one get one year free! Can't beat it! I typically do speed training and heavy lifting. I try my best not to do this during peak hours. it can be crowded. Its the rush from college students and people after work. Other than that this is a must have gym in your arsenal of fitness. This place is open 24/7!”
