I want to thank Vanessa, Dalia, Loretta, who were the property managers and Ana who’s now the property manager for been very attentive to residents needs and concerns... maintenances employees are always on top off residents need. Is a honor to have this kind of people working here .

Me and my family moved to Arna Valley back in October 2017 and we absolutely love the community! as well as the property manager, Vanessa. She is so polite, happy, and always so helpful. Whenever I have an issue Vanessa is very knowledgeable of all the resources that are provided by APAH. Venus, the resident services coordinator is also very helpful with guiding residents to different resources offered through APAH as well as the county. Venus and Vanessa seem to work so well as a team. I feel as though that these two people are such great assets to APAH.

Although I would like to add, it would be a tremendous help to the families of the community if there was a after school program offered for Children k-12.
