  I have been using UPack since 2010... 6 trailer fulls over the years! Their superior customer service and ease of process has remained consistent over the years. My only regret is that I didn’t know about them sooner for previous moves. Once I saw the true economy using this process, I wondered how anyone would ever want to do a long distance move in any other way OR with any other company besides UPack! Six moves and I have not one complaint. The best part? You get human beings on the other end of the line when you call!! Their email communications are thorough and easy to read. I wish that business schools would use them as a model of how to do business and ensure repeat business. I just can’t say enough good things about this company!! I certainly wish my cellular company, as well as my building contractor and home warranty company could follow their best practices! My life would much easier!! Bravo, UPack... give yourselves a pat on the back!

  Best movers ever! Hassle free, cheap, on time what else to say?? They will leave it to you and it’s up to you to load and unload whatever you want!!! I really appreciate the team, they even allow us to track the package! You don’t even need to talk to driver anyone else, they will take care everything.

  We moved across the country and are so glad we picked U-Pack. The experience was so easy and everyone we interacted with was so friendly! Once we were loaded they picked up our stuff and even had a driver come by before hand to reopen the truck when we forgot to load a few things. I highly recommend this to anyone trying to get across the country - they go above and beyond. One thing I will caution if using the truck option rather than the mobile units is you have to have 40 feet of space (we did know this picking the option, but moving is stressful haha). We did so it wasn’t a problem but it worried us leaving our townhouse.

  Great moving experience. Definitely the best prices in town and the customer service was exceptional. Our trailer wasn't supposed to arrive until Monday and the local distribution office helped us get it here on Friday before the weekend began. I would definitely recommend U-Pack to anyone!
