  Visited this dealership yesterday as my husband is looking to buy a Charger. The lady we had an appointment with was not available; however Nelson greeted us with a smile and offered to assist. He showed us what he had available which wasnt really what my husband wanted. Nelson advised he would be able to make some adjustments to the vehicle he had in stock and explained the plant is currently closed. When I say that he is very good at his job...I mean I think he knows how to read people. He saw my husband wasnt really wanting that car instead of being pushy, he advised that it would be best to wait 3-4 months for the plant to reopen and get what he really wants. I really appreciated that. We will definitely be back to work with Nelson. I found his customer service was outstanding and that is what keeps business coming back.

  Great experience overall. Everything was done quickly and painlessly. Brought in my old 2009 ram and swapped it out for a great deal on a 2020 ram 1500, mainly due to my sales rep Nelson. Nelson really hooked it up! He made sure I got everything I wanted, answered all questions and concerned I may have had and was completely forward if something was not possible. He took good care of me and my deal. Definitely will do more business with them in the future.

  We have purchased 5 new vehicles at this location over the past few years. We recently purchased a new 2020 Ram1500 from Mr. Toney. He was very knowledgeable and made the buying process easy for us. He was personal in helping us choose the right vehicle and made sure we were satisfied.   Always a good experience whenever I go to Greenbriar Dodge. However, this time I found that after an oil change my oil cylinder has q hole in it and is leaking oil. To be fixed at the tune of $777.00 OMG!!!!
