I contacted the company through their website in the morning, had a call in the afternoon, and had the job scheduled for the very next day. On the phone, Bart described their insurance and their guarantee which set my mind at ease from the start. Jeff did a great job and was true to his quote despite it taking a little longer than anticipated. The work involved a few surprises and a couple unique elements, but Jeff was positive and optimistic the entire time and assured me that no matter what, he was going to get that TV up on the wall - and he did. Highly recommend these guys to anyone!”

“I started off at the Colonial Heights Walmart. I experienced one problem after another. The staff was no help. Once I finally got a receipt to print up so I could come back in an hour, I was told to make it two because they were getting back logged. So I left and came back several hours later, thinking that my one hour photos should be ready by now........ It was then I was informed that the photo printer was actually out of order and had been all week! And was told by the same employees that originally told me to come back in two hours. When I asked why they had told me to come back in two hours when they knew that the printer wasn't working, they commented "My Bad". ????!!!!!!! So, I went to the Walmart in Chester. I was in and out in an hour! The staff were friendly and helpful and apologized for my experience at the other store. Sometimes it's not the company but the employees that determine repeat business......or not.”

“Came in to get a quote on a potential service/repair. The staff asked me to bring my bike in so they could check it out quickly on the spot. This is rare - most local shops will refuse to look at the bike until days later and once they’ve locked you into the commitment of the service. We chatted, They gave me advice on how to do the service myself if I wanted. Felt much less corporate/money motivated than other shops and for that reason they’ve earned my business for the foreseeable future. Great beer to - Thanks guys!”

“Listen! I've had the best experience with 84 Lumber. Particularly Russow Beck! When Lowes didn't deliver the windows for our addition on the date they promised, I was very upset. The construction process was on hold pending the delivery of those windows and I was told the delay was almost 6 weeks out. I was referred to Russ and when I tell you he delivered? Believe me, he did. The most patient and go out of the way person I've come across in a long time. He genuinely wanted to help and ensure I got what I needed in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable of all. The windows were delivered in the time-frame given and I can't be any happier. Thank you SO much Russ! I hope to be able to work with you again.”
