BetterMed Urgent Care

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. There was only a short wait before I was called to register and taken back to be seen by a doctor. The Physician's Assistant who saw me was pleasant and explained each aspect of the examination and proposed treatment. I appreciate each person who gave me assistance during my visit!!

The staff was very polite. Check-in was very fast. I scheduled an appointment on line. My total vist lasted less than 15 minutes. Very pleased with the service and pisitive attityde of the staff.

Staff are very polite & helpful. Check in was fast, wait time for a room was very quick. Nurse came in for vitals quickly. It did take a little bit of time for the doctor to come in about 30min but they only had one on duty today. Start to finish was 1 hour. Not bad at all. Compared to the other alternative (Pat 1st).

I needed a rapid COVID test prior to travel and BetterMed was already booked for the day. I went there anyway and asked if I could sit in the parking lot in case there was a cancellation. They were happy to do that and 1/2 hour later they were able to see me. Really appreciate their working me into their schedule.
