Great experience using CertaPro recently.
1) Team that came was very polite, respectful and well spoken.
2) They were very focused on doing the job. They arrived on time, worked full day and didn't waste time.
3) They offered suggestions, based on their experience, that really enhanced the finished project. The job came out beautifully.
4) Lastly, they spoke highly of the company management. Given todays culture it was evident this team was proud of the company and thejob they were doing.

Best recommendation I can give, before they left I was already planning do update the paint in other rooms.

The crew did an excellent job! Repaired taping and other imperfections in the walls & ceilings. We love our Master bed & bath. Would definitely use them again.

Greg Tracy and his team at CertaPro painted the gymnasium at both the Rocky River High School and Rocky River Middle School. The workmanship was outstanding. They were prompt, courteous and professional around our staff and they strive to get the job done right the first time. At anytime if there was a concern, it was addressed immediately. Excellent customer service by all and Greg Tracy - project manager - works tirelessly to complete the job on time and with minimal disruption.
