“I highly recommended taking your cars here for your routine maintenance and repair work needs. I have been a customer for about 16-17 years and have taken a variety of cars here over that time frame. Steve Forbes, the owner, is a great mechanic who is honest, personable and fair in his prices. Today I took my car for the state inspection and he asked me to look at something that came up - my rear brakes pads were wearing down. While he explained he would pass the car for the inspection, he recommended getting the pads replaced at some point in the near future or else the brakes would eventually be worn out and damage the rotors. No pressure, no sales pitch, just giving me the information to make the decision. I elected to go ahead and get them replaced. Steve could have persuaded me more to get them done today for the business which is dramatically low due to COVID-19. However, Steve integrity is unwavering during this downturn. This is just one example of Steve's professionalism. I also have gotten to know one of his employees who even remembers who I am by my voice over the phone. This business builds relationships with their customers for the long haul and I will continue to give them all of my maintenance and repair business.”

I actually drive out of my way, passing on other subway stores just to be serviced at this location. Also, I have a respiratory medical condition preventing me from wearing a mask and yet the staff here have not once shunned me, criticized me, or made me feel uncomfortable in the slightest. As a result, I always feel treated like a human being treated with decency. I tip the staff out of appreciation for their non pressure, non toxic, and welcoming atmosphere.
