I was referred to Retex by my father, who had just had a great experience with his new roof. From the moment Mark came by for the estimate (using a really cool drone) to the time Caleb and Mark stopped by for an inspection of the completed job and our final payment, we had such amazing customer service and kindness. The cost of the roof for the quality is outstanding, and we’ve had many complements from neighbors. Josh was super helpful and informative, and responded to emails with lightning speed. When I inquired about financing, since we weren’t quite ready to budget for a new roof but knew it was time, he gave me information on options. Mark always wore a mask when inside our home and everyone was very Covid safe. We love supporting locally owned businesses and would recommend Retex to everyone, you won’t be disappointed!

Mark took the time to ensure that the process was well understood and answered questions with integrity. Company has a great mission and Josh was also wonderful in the process. Great communication and replacement was seamless and timely! Even though the quote was middle, not the highest nor lowest, the professionalism and guarantee was invaluable. I am extremely happy with the product & service received from Retex Roofing. What I really loved about them was the exceptional customer service everyone gave & the efficiency of their whole team. My roof was old and in need of shingles removed & new ones installed, along with a ridge vent, and replacement of several damaged boards. Everyone was so personable, so polite, & a pleasure to work with. The whole process was explained from start to finish along with the materials used. They kept in touch as the project progressed, making sure I was happy. The roofers were hard working, polite, & cleaned up after completion.
