We needed to replace our roof and Chris Russell stopped by to review our options. He laid out all the procedures that BcR could do to satisfy what we wanted. A time was set and the installers were here 1 hour early. They covered all our plants, and secured the surrounding area. They had a Manager who worked with the crew and cleaned up everything. The final result of a great team outdid our expectations, and we are happy to recommend and endorse this Company. They should have a AAAA+ rating for an exceptional job. Chris and John were keys to a great experience, and are valuable assets to this Company.

Best Choice Roofing did a wonderful job installing our new roof. General Manager, Charles Elliott, guided me through the entire process. Charles performed a complete inspection of the roof and was extremely knowledgeable of the roofing materials needed for our roof installation. Scheduling by Maranda was great. We had to rescheduled due to a rainy day, but Maranda rescheduled the job right away. Follow-up communication by Charles and Maranda was perfect. I knew the exact status of my upcoming installation at all times. The crew showed up on time, did a professional installation and clean up was exceptional. I would highly recommend Best Choice Roofing for any roof replacement or repair needs.

I had the pleasure of meeting Otto Jackson from Best Choice Roofing. He came to my house and asked if he could do a roof estimate for free. I proceeded to let him go up there and I followed suit and he personally showed me damage to my roof that has been caused by a storm that recently happened. Needless to say my roof was pretty damaged so he started the claims process for me and within 2 days my adjuster called me and we were setting up an inspection time in a week. Today I had the inspection by the adjuster and Otto came out with the adjuster so that they can discuss the roof and Otto was correct about the damages so I got my estimate from the adjuster and have already been contracted to get my roof repaired as soon as the materials come. I would recommend BCR because of their professional and very knowledgeable sales staff. They treated me with respect and helped me with the process and made my life just a little easier knowing that I will have a quality roof soon.

Professional organization from the roof inspection and sales person (Shannon) to the scheduling person (Miranda) and the highly proficient roof installation crew. Excellent communication with timely follow up and follow through. I always knew the project status and next steps at each stage. The roof installers had great work ethic working tirelessly over a long first day. They practiced a clean as you go strategy so the yard didn’t look overly messy during shingle removal. The job was adequately manned to get the job done quickly minimizing any exposure to adverse weather while the roof was removed and installed. Used high quality Owens-Corning shingles. Highly recommended team for a quality and cost effective roof replacement.
