  My wife's car was held hostage by a broken garage door spring. With gratitude I was given a same day appointment. Rob Morin arrived late in the day along with the support of two other technicians. They all were courteous, personable and professional. They surveyed the issues and gave a quote. Being so late in the day I was prepared for them to return the next day. Not so. They went to work energetically as if it was their first job of the day. Afterwards they took time to explain and demonstrate the operation and maintenance of the installation, never making me feel rushed. The phenomenally exceptional job that these gentlemen did is what EXECELLENT customer looks like. I am beyond grateful and thoroughly pleased. Money well spent!!!

  Our entire purchase experience with A-1 Door was truly one of best we've ever had. The initial contact with the field sales representative was exceptional. He came out to our house with in days after our call and was extremely--and I mean extremely--knowledgeable about the range of Raynor products. He helped us select the door style and worked with us in making sure our glass choice at the top of the doors would work well with the door design we chose. As we were arriving at our final choices, we sent him a number of questions and he always, always responded within a few hours--not days--hours. The sale experience deserves 5 stars +. The Raynor doors are of the highest quality and look like the wooden door look we wanted. And our color choice turned out to be right on the money. Then the installation team arrived to install the doors and did an excellent job. Believe they knew what they were doing. They hauled away the old doors along with all packing materials. Highly recommend A-1 Door for the all around first class experience.

  I scheduled a visit online to receive a quote for a garage door replacement. I was called the next day and Brandon arrived at the time requested to provide the options available. We were so happy with the quote, we accepted the proposal that same day and A-1 Door was able to remove the old door and install the new door later that day. Mike and Josie arrived at the time we were told and completed the job in the amount of time we were given (about 2 hours). I highly recommend A-1 Door Company. Their communication start to finish was perfect and everyone we interacted with courteous and professional.

  My new door was installed on August 20, 2021! Even though it took about 2 and a half months, my door is GREAT!! I ended up getting white because the tan would have taken a little longer, but it's all good. This door isn't as loud opening and closing like the other one was either, so that's perfect. Edward was my tech and he did an AWESOME job! He was very friendly as well. Luckily, he finished just before the rain.

  Called on Wednesday at 10:30am for a quote and someone came out by 11:30. The complete replacement of our garage door was able to be completed first thing the next morning. I feel I got an honest and fair quote and they even recommended not replacing my current opener where another company was pushing for it. We will definitely be using this company in the future. Everyone was super friendly and polite.

  Everyone that I interacted with were courteous and professional! There was a small issue with the manufacturer of the insulation for my garage door shipping out less than was ordered. Brandon called to apologize even though the fault was with the manufacturer. He immediately called them up and made sure they shipped out the proper material this time. As we were waiting, he called to give me status reports on the order. As soon as the correct material came in, they called and scheduled the installation right away. The installers did a great job installing the insulation as well. I cannot say enough about how great this company is! I would definitely recommend these guys.
