When I received the vehicle I noticed a noise in the dashboard every time I turned, like something was rolling around. Several team members helped me to assess the situation and get the vehicle into the Service Center. They had to remove the dashboard to get to it, but they removed the object and had the vehicle ready for me the next day! They even provided a loaner car! Prices are up due to our current federal level politicians and we’re all suffering so no need to take it out on local businesses. “On Saturday May 16 at approximately 8pm I went to this store on my way home to pick up some items for my wife and i. I purchased these item's and realized as i reach my vehicle my keys and phone were locked in the car. I Re-entered the store and spoke to the clerck on duty, Lorren. She was tottaly understanding and very kind going above and beyond for me. She offered the use of her personal phone so i might call for help. She offered a place to sit inside the store, wich i declined as they were busy and it was a fine night. I called for help and returned the phon to Lorren and thanked her then i asked if it might be possible to leave my ice cream purchese with her, she assented and said she would hold the ice cream inthe freezer untill I was ready to leave. Lorren came to check on me once or twice and asked if i needed anything. She took pains to make sure i was ok in between customers and her other duties. I am very grateful for her help and recomend she get recognized for her efforts put forwar on my behalf. Treat this employee right and you will benifit for years..”

“I purchased a resale home that was still under the one-year builder warranty. The cabinets were one of the items that was included in the the one-year builder inspection. Upon the inspection by the Better Kitchen & Bath representative, I pointed out a few issues that I had noticed with the cabinets. From the representative who did the inspection, to the warranty department manager, David, to the owner, Roger, (who contacted me directly when I emailed about the process to repair the issues and came out to the house personally to look at the cabinets and spent over an hour discussing the issues and how BK&B would be rectifying the problems) to all of the technicians who did the repairs/replacements, I have nothing but the best things to say about their attention to detail, their commitment to making all of the repairs and making sure that I trusted those repairs. In addition, all of the people that I worked with at BK&B were professional, courteous and helpful from start to finish. In my opinion, the he true worth of a company can be seen in how they fix any issues and their customer service during the process. “This is Chesterfield's all encompassing park, offering a wide variety of activities that cannot be found elsewhere in the county. Most of the amenities in the park are well maintained, though the park as a whole is a little bit outdated. The Nature Center is worth checking out if you're lucky enough to be there when it's open, and the trails are well marked, suitable, and more prevalent than most systems in the county. Unfortunately, the pond on the far side of the park suffers from overfertilization and lacks very many good viewpoints along the adjacent trail.”
