I have been in private practice for 27 years and in that time have never known a more capable, kind, compassionate physician than Dr. Lemite. Dr. Lemite is held in high esteem by the medical community and serves as Chief of Staff at John Randolph Medical Center. He is board-certified, and is highly skilled in performing a variety of gastrointestinal procedures and also is an expert in evaluating and treating a variety of gastrointestinal and liver diseases. His office-based endoscopy center likewise is outstanding and is one of only twenty-eight such centers in the entire state of Virginia that are fully accredited through the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. I was also very impressed at how friendly, kind, compassionate, and professional all of his employees are. I felt very safe in their hands. Everyone donned masks and utilized personal protective gear while maintaining social distancing and limiting the number of patients in the office. All patients undergo COVID testing prior to their procedure. All of the coaches are incredibly gifted and can help you accomplish any fitness goal you have whether its diet, endurance, strength training, Olympic weightlifting there is a coach that can help you with that! The gym does several activities throughout the year to keep that community spirit alive whether its month long fitness/diet competitions, a gym wood cookout, or a food drive for feed more there is almost always something else going on! I’ve personally witnessed a massive transformation at this gym, I’ve been going for about a year now. My technique and strength have improved beyond my expectations. I was also the guy with bad form, really bad form, but with the help of the coaches, and community I’ve been able to transform my technique and can now move with a barbell using great form/technique!
