“How do I say this? There is something missing. I had to go to their Broad st store and viola. Some of it is in the service. A luxury brand should make you feel special and the place should look neat and extra comfortable, like their cars. Their service should go for the extra mile. What I got when I said the car was still riding rough was a reluctant we could rebalance the front wheels. So I took the car to my tire place. 30 minutes later, the car is as smooth as glass. Go the extra mile. Clean your desks and put them where it serves the customer better. I had trouble finding you from the drive. It is the small things that make the difference. Details matter. Their sales staff made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Not knowledgeable but like I matter.”

“Custom Product Works was such a pleasure to work with that I just had to share this review! My husband and I were going through a complete kitchen remodel and at the suggestion of our granite installer he suggestion Angled Power Strips to eliminate the unsightly outlets and switches in our backsplash and kitchen island! We found the good folks at Task Lighting that took our kitchen drawing which; they configured all of our angled power strips. In addition, we wanted under cabinet lighting for our counter tops. CPW suggested LED light strips with enough light for tasks and also serve as an accent light with the capability of being able to dim the lights. Custom Product Works provided us an excellent solution! I can’t say enough about their outstanding customer service! My husband and I found that the made in the USA Task Lighting products are of excellent quality, with no comparison to anything else we looked at. We love our new kitchen!
