“I purchased a resale home that was still under the one-year builder warranty. The cabinets were one of the items that was included in the the one-year builder inspection. Upon the inspection by the Better Kitchen & Bath representative, I pointed out a few issues that I had noticed with the cabinets. From the representative who did the inspection, to the warranty department manager, David, to the owner, Roger, (who contacted me directly when I emailed about the process to repair the issues and came out to the house personally to look at the cabinets and spent over an hour discussing the issues and how BK&B would be rectifying the problems) to all of the technicians who did the repairs/replacements, I have nothing but the best things to say about their attention to detail, their commitment to making all of the repairs and making sure that I trusted those repairs. In addition, all of the people that I worked with at BK&B were professional, courteous and helpful from start to finish. In my opinion, the he true worth of a company can be seen in how they fix any issues and their customer service during the process. Better Kitchens & Bath stood behind their product and installation commitments and made sure that all of the repairs were properly completed and that I was confident and satisfied throughout the process. “The first time I ever went here was August 2021. I had no idea about inspections for cars, because Florida let's you drive anything at all. (Literally all I ever paid for was the loan/financing, gas, and the insurance. Imagine my surprise with inspection, taxes, etc.) Anyway, I was overly anxious because I really never had it inspected before. I was terrified something would be wrong and I'd need to pour money into my car, when at the time I was only just getting on my feet at my job. I was referred here by a family member of Johnathan. I was so happy with how quick and easy it was to get the inspection done! In 2021 the office was still closed to people being inside (understandably!) Fast forward a year, I forgot about the yearly inspection. Yesterday came, I got to wait on it, and just loved the atmosphere. The way the front desk is run, the way the techs came in to help, just good vibes. Even good vibes from the other customers! Before I left, I asked about the ac inspection, and she was so sweet. She asked what's going on, and told me about the pricing as well as what all they do to troubleshoot and fix it. It's a little bit away from Richmond, but I think I found a home for my boyfriend and I to bring our vehicles. 💕”

We always find nice clothes and fun toys at great prices. They even held a purchase until we could get a larger vehicle for transport, and when it still didn't fit, they let us borrow their tools to disassemble it.”

“We had a wonderful experience with Capitol Granite from the friendly and cheerful greeting by the receptionist to the sales person, Beth, who was so personable and really make our selection and contract so easy. Our measuring happened in only a day or so and the installers were there in less than 2 weeks. They were also very friendly and professional. The work was done beautifully and with perfection. The plumber completed the work the next day and again the work was flawless and completed in a very timely manner. Overall, our experience could not have been better!”

“We took my significant other's car here on short notice (we called less than an hour before). They are first come first serve, however, they are definitely very good at what they do. The only reason we didn't get our car back that same day was because they had to order a part, otherwise it would have been a very quick turnaround, even taking into account that we weren't first in line.
