I explained the issue to Craig (the owner, manager/general all around nice guy) and we agreed on a date for me to bring my unit in. They fixed the issue before the expected completion date and then made sure that I didn’t have any other issues with any other pipes. Based upon our interactions (phone, email and in-person) he wanted to get me back out on the road as soon as possible and with money left in my wallet. “This is a small family owned shop that works on various lawn and garden equipment. I have taken my lawn tractor to them a couple of times for warranty work and they have done a great job of diagnosing the issue and working directly with the manufacturer to work through warranty claims. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to schedule a time to drop off and pickup your equipment. They also offer home pickups if you're unable to drop off your equipment on your own.”
