(November 30, 2019, 10:35 am)Had to get a different size in a pair of shoes I bought but I was leaving the state so Daina (I hope I’m spelling that right) helped me get the exact style and size I wanted and shipped it to the nearest DSW to where I was going. She was so patient with me and I really appreciate her going out of her way to make it easier for me. Probably one of my best customer service experiences. Thank you!
