Marlo Furniture & Mattress Store

Walked in to Marlo after a long day of furniture shopping and Jon was the first associate I saw. He was very welcoming but did not hover. I ended up purchasing a sofa from him and he did his best to get me the best price. I had MANY questions and he was more than happy to answer them all. If you go to this store, ask for Jon. He will not disappoint!

Mr. David Erry was outstanding helping my husband and I pick a wonderful dinner table for the family. He took the time to show us several, was very patient and finally we made our choice and the whole family was very happy. We really appreciated the way he took care of us. We will definitely come back to Marlo and shop again with David.

Came in to get sofas. Bobby was respectful. Gave me the space I needed. I wanted a second opinion on my choice. I was able to wait for a family member to come by the store and Bobby respectfully waited patiently. Same matter at check out. The customer service rep was polite and answered all my questions. Thank you guys!

I purchased furniture on 10/24/21 and my consultant was Samar Oweis. She was absolutely fantastic! She was very patient, professional, knew the product, answered all of my questions, and made the whole purchasing process a great experience. As a matter of fact, because of my great experience with Samar, i made an appointment with her on 11/20 to look for pictures to go with the furniture that I had purchased on 10/24. She took the time to walk the store to look for pictures and gave me great ideas on what type of pictures I should look for that would compliment my furniture. It is consultants like Samar who takes customer satisfaction to the next level! She is an asset to Marlo Furniture!!

I recently received a call from Marlo salesman named Farah Ali. I bought from him a year ago. He told me they were having a big sale.

Actually I was thinking of replacing my living room set. Great chance to save some money.

So I visited Marlo furniture at Alexandria and looked for Farah. He guided me to the latest furniture on display and I found a set that will work well in my living room. after getting a great deal from the store manager Cheryl, My purchase was processed by Angel, the cashier.

I'm getting my delivery in 3 weeks which gives me time to dispose of my old furniture. smooth job by everybody from the Marlo staff. I highly recommend this Alexandria branch.
