“My friend and my dentist had referred me to Dr. Shin when I was looking for my primary doctor. I finally made an appointment when I was hit with a gout attack recently. I made an online appointment on Sunday night for the next day. And the following morning, I was confirmed that I could come in later that morning. They realized that I was in severe pain that I think they let me in that day. I think the staff were processing the tasks (insurance cards, etc) pretty quickly and were professional. I had a blood test at the office, and the next day they called me with the result. And the doctor prescribed a medicine. Regarding Dr. Shin, he spent enough time with me about my issue. He was very kind. A couple of the things I liked - my blood pressure was high, but he told me that it's likely that way because I was in the hospital and being nervous. And he checked on my knees and an ankle that were not on gout attack. It was my first visit and I am satisfied.”

“What a great experience! I went here for a minor injury and chose Ivova Urgent Care because it was close to where I live. The receptionist was friendly and went above and beyond to confirm my eligibility because I am insured through the Department of Veterans Affairs. I was seen very quickly and the Medical Assistance took my vitals efficiently. I was seen by the Nurse Practitioner within a few minutes and she had such a pleasant demeanor and bedside manner.
