All the guys there were extremely professional and did a great job checking the car, changing the oil, and rotating the tires. I could not ask for better service. A job well done!

(November 14, 2018, 4:55 am)I went to the Jiffy Lube for Richmond Highway, Alexandria, VA on Veterans Day.. This was probably a high-volume day for them but you would not know it. They treated each person with individual professionalism and courtesy. You were escorted from your car to the office, and offered beverages. The office was extremely clean and my wait time was not bad at all. It made for a wonderful experience. Thank you Jiffy Lube for giving back to our vets.

In the past when I visited other Jiffy Lubes I always felt like I was getting a sales pitch to purchase services I didn’t need at that time, but not at this location. The came in for an oil change and I knew that my transmission fluid was long overdue for a change so I decided to have that done also. The technicians took care of everything in a matter of about 20 minutes even though there were a few customers ahead of me. I will definitely be going back for my next oil change.
