  Probably the best steak and fried chicken. The Collard was was pretty damn good also, they really know what they're doing here. This is now my official go-to eat spot!

  Stellar service, delicious food, and lovely ambiance. The attention to details and service is exceptional. I'd heard about this place from a friend and I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!! I will definitely be back soon. I'm a foodie and this is a foodie spot (with great drinks)!!

  The food was good. The service was a little lacking. I was there with a group. Reservations were made well in advance and there were two parties and one server. That was a problem. Not sure if someone called in sick or if they o it had one server. I would go again because the food was great.

  Absolutely the best service I've had in a long time. The absolutely best tasting Collards. The poor boy sandwich was outstanding.

  First, I am white, so take my opinions with grain of salt. Della J's is a soul food restaurant in a strip mall, not what I expected. The food is fantastic. The ambiance is amazing. The people are kind and helpful. I just really enjoyed how my wife and I were treated. But being white clearly made everyone else uncomfortable. For Sunday afternoon brunch, we were the only white people. We were also underdressed. Everyone else was dressed for church. There were some great outfits, but I did not dress for the occasion. My bad. This is a super great restaurant with great class and atmosphere. After we ate for brunch, we took an order to go for our dinner. Great desserts too!
