  My experience with the service department has been either good or bad. This last experience was today was good. I purchase my 2016 Toyota Prius from is dealership in July of 2016. The sales department then was great. The service department is sometimes good; sometimes bad. I have come to understand that it is the coordinating service adviser who can determine what type of service experience you have at this dealership. The person I had today was exceptional. Mr. D. McClain is a great listener.
  I was pleased with the service I received because he kept me informed. And because of this I didn't mind waiting.

  Great Toyota service center with friendly and very pleasant service Manager Suzanne. She listened to our complaints, diagnosed the issue and directed her friendly staff and tech to fix the problem and check the overall vehicle for any issues. My vehicle was serviced by another dealership whom were never honest and always gave me a list of un needed repairs.
  She is focused on ensuring that her customers are happy. She knows customer service! She is customer focused and that’s how it should be.
  She deserves to be the dealership manager!
  Way to go Sue! Keep up the good work!

  I recently visited this dealership for my 30,000 mile car service. As always the staff was courteous from the time I arrive until my service was Completed. Dwayne has been my service associate and I have to say, he is the most professional, knowledgeable and patient. He lets you know up front what needs to be done, the cost and how long it will take. He is truly the best of the best and because of his awesome service I will continue to take my car to Springfield Toyota.

  Great service they will help you to find your dream car , I just bought RAV4 and sells person Todd was so good to us . It was my first time there they took care of us and helps me to find a car . I really recommend to go to Priority Toyota and get the car that you want . Thank you for all the hard work you do everyday ♡ Marvin was amazing. 1 year after i bought the car the service is amazing every time i go there for oil change or over all services everyone so friendly and nice and they take care of you ! def it was a win for me buying the car from this dealer .

  If here’s only one person that would make you go back to this dealership that would be Dana Pablo. She cares, she anticipates my needs and does not push me to buy a service or use any scare tactics that other have and maybe still use such as, your priority for life might be avoided if you don’t be this service or that service.
  
  Dana is great, professional and welcoming. This kind of service is what would make me not only get a service done at this dealership, it would make buy my next family car from here as well.
