  The physical therapists at Spark are by far the best I’ve ever been to!!!! As an athlete, recovery and strength has always been very important to me. I’ve worked with various PT’s here over the years and they have all been incredible!!!

  My experience with Spark Physiotherapy has been fantastic! I am now 72 years old and still jumping and bumping and loving life. I feel confident that my work with Carlos Berio and his staff play a large role in my physical and mental health. For nearly 15 years I have had the pleasure of being trained by Carlos Berio and I look forward to the next 15 years!

  I have been a patient at Spark for many years since undergoing two knee surgeries and being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. Carlos and Kristen are extraordinary physical therapists, both highly-trained, knowledgeable, experienced, and just as importantly, personable! Their one-on-one physical therapy and strength conditioning treatments have given me the flexibility, strength, and endurance that has allowed me to return to the active lifestyle I had before my diagnosis. You will not find better physical therapists in this area. I highly recommend Spark!

  I’ve trained with Carlos & his staff for almost 7 years. Also get PT whenever I need it. Carlos and Kristen put a totally different spin on the concept of personal training. Every lesson is different, challenging, and specific to my needs. Spark is my remedy for staying fit, strong, and looking & feeling way younger than my age. It’s been a life changing experience & Spark will always remain a part of my fitness goals.

  Very happy I've been working out here. Even after the first lessons, I began seeing seeing improvement in lateral strength which greatly relieved some of the back pain I'd been having. After a year and a half at SPARK, I feel better and stronger than I have in a long time. It's a serious workout, and what makes it so effective is it's focused to match my abilities and needs. Carlos and his team are skilled and patient trainers who motivate me to keep getting better. Carlos also created a customized schedule of exercises that helped me improve between sessions.
