“This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They listened to my concerns, did not try to upsell me, and worked within my means to come up with a treatment plan that would work best. One of the dental hygienists was kind enough to truly explain the work and charges. The kindness extended to the actual dental work I had done. The doctor was gentle, the hygienist helping her was awesome, and I almost fell asleep in my chair. Who can actually say that about a root canal? The only reason I had to bump them one star was because they weren’t able to process my supplemental insurance and I have to submit the claim myself. To clarify, they do check your insurance and accept it. I’m not sure that it’s their fault or the insurer, but I wish they could’ve handled it. I will be returning, and recommending them to everyone.”
