I called them late this morning about a burst pipe. Not only did they come out to the house when I asked them to come (due to a business meeting conflict) the guy did a superb job, was polite, made sure that everything was perfect before he left. The cost was way less than I expected considering it cost me a LOT more last year with a different plumber. I will never use another plumber again. John was courteous on the phone and like I said, the guy who came out to do the job was super! Everyone should be using Peck Plumbing for their repairs and remodeling.

I know people are probably saying how can a company earn 5 stars, but this company is reliable, efficient, helpful, on time and came out the very day I called. The plumber was so helpful, even asking before he left if there was anything else I needed help with. I have never had a company do that. The last plumbing company charged me a boatload and had to come back 4 times to fix the same problem. That's it, I have put this plumbing on speed dial.
