“First of all, I called and Carol couldn't have been more gracious. She was so understanding and comforting when I called and told her I just finished looking through my 7 1/2 yo's head that was full of lice for 4 1/2 hours. I called at 2:45 and told me she could have someone at my house by 4:30 that very day!!! Lorraine was our lice expert. She showed up ready to get down to business. She immediately put my three kids at ease especially my 12 yo daughter who was having a hard time accepting she had lice for the very first time. She answered all of our questions while she worked. She was extremely thorough but gentle. The product she used was free of pesticides and chemicals so it didn't hurt our heads. As she was leaving, I told her I loved her but I hoped not to see her ever again! :) She was wonderful and I have already recommended this company to 4 more friends. It isn't for the frugal people out there but the cost, in my opinion is worth every penny!!”
