When he found an issue in the chimney, he called us over to see what he was looking at and help us understand the situation well. He recommended repairs before using the chimney and made the safety concerns clear to us. He also does not assume that we will go with him for the repairs, and seems to be working to earn our loyalty rather than assuming it. In this way his professionalism comes through very clearly, and I feel that he really intends to take good care of our home. He was also very respectful and tidy in our house during this pandemic - he kept his distance, wore his mask with no questions or complaint, wore shoe covers, and hardly left any sign of his presence in the home when he left.”
